
Mr. Joshi, born in Palpa, Nepal, is an educator, journalist, and advocate for migrant rights. Holding a Master’s in Sociology from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, he is the Founder and Principal of Sungabha Public School in Rupandehi, Nepal. Mr. Joshi’s decade-long career as a journalist at The Himalayan Times honed his skills in communication and social analysis. He has pursued specialized diplomas in Migrants' Rights from the Diplomacy Center, UNSW, Australia, Communication from Cornell University, US, and Legal Studies from Alison, United Kingdom. Mr. Joshi has presented papers on migration in over half a dozen national and international forums. Driven by a strong commitment to immigrant communities, he advocates for their rights and justice. A prolific writer, Mr. Joshi has published around 60 poems and literary works in Nepali and English media, reflecting his deep engagement with social and cultural themes. Mr. Joshi has been associated with Dahal & Associates since 2016.
