Parbata is a dedicated professional committed to protecting and promoting the rights of Nepali migrant workers. With a strong background in human rights mechanisms and international programs, she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Parbata has actively participated in conferences and programs such as the Diplomacy Training Program (DTP) in Lebanon and a strategic conservation on the Rights Protection of Asian Domestic Workers in Manila, Philippines, which have expanded her understanding of the challenges faced by migrant workers.
Throughout her career, Parbata has demonstrated exceptional skills in program coordination and management. She has a proven track record as an Office Administrator at Dahal and Associates, LLC, where she developed strong organizational skills and expertise in managing day-to-day operations. Her role involved ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and fostering effective communication within the team.

As a Program Coordinator at Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC), Parbata actively contributed to the advocacy and support for migrant workers. Working with an NGO dedicated to their rights and safeguard, she successfully coordinated various programs and initiatives, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and resource management.

During her internship at ECO Nepal, Parbata gained hands-on experience in the field of environment, climate change, and disaster management. This experience allowed her to develop a holistic approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between environmental issues and human rights.

In addition to her professional experiences, Parbata holds a Master's in Arts in English from Tribhuvan University, which has enhanced her communication and writing skills. She is proficient in report and proposal writing, as well as scriptwriting, enabling her to effectively convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

With a strong foundation in computer literacy and proficient typing skills in both English and Nepali, Parbata excels at utilizing technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
