Bandita Dahal

Bandita Sharma-Dahal, Esq. is the founding member of Dahal & Associates LLC, specializing in immigration and nationality law. She previously served as a partner at Chhetry and Associates, PC. Admitted to the New York Bar, D.C., and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, she assists clients nationwide. Originally from Nepal, she is a passionate human rights advocate and a founding member of the Forum for Women, Law, and Development. She has interned at the Center for Reproductive Rights and actively provides pro bono legal support. She frequently speaks at immigration conferences and serves on multiple community boards.
